Flightdeck Films has been a close partner of their Comms team, working on regular video projects from talent acquisition, filming events, promoting safety, and even bid campaigns to help the company secure multi-million pound contracts with major Airlines.

We worked closely with the Talent Acquisition team to create a series of careers videos to help them attract and retain top talent and put their people at the heart of the story.
We created 6 mini-edits in total focussed on specific roles which the company are successfully using across social media, website, and various job platforms.
Uniform Launch
After 10+ years since the last uniform refresh, Menzies Aviation launch their new look for their front-of-house check-in operations.
We captured the excitement and atmosphere at the official launch event, where employees from across the business were invited to see their uniforms for the first time.

We worked with the Comms team to maximise the impact, reach, and longevity of the new uniform campaign and create a trailer to help build anticipation pre-launch.
100% Electric Turn | Budapest
Menzies partnered with Wizz Air and Budapest Airport on Hungary’s first fully electric turnaround of an aircraft.
The Flightdeck Films crew were there to capture this big leap forward for Aviation sustainability.

An internal comms piece to announce to employees across the business about the Menzies Aviation app. A dedicated social media style feed where employees can have their say in polls, stay updated on company updates, and connect with one another.
Flightdeck Films provided story-board development, animation customisation, and a professional and friendly voiceover to support the piece and explain new features.

A video to support the Commercial team in their presentation with a major Airline to secure a new multi-million pound contract at Glasgow Airport.
