Meet George. A dedicated Ramp Supervisor for Menzies Aviation at Heathrow Airport. 

Menzies Aviation are an aviation services company; stationed in 250+ airports globally. We worked closely with the HR and Talent team to create a series of careers videos to help them attract and retain top talent.

Before we started working together, they were lacking the support of captivating content to articulate their people, culture, and environment. Text based job ads were only getting them so far. So by putting their people at the heart of the story, we were able to help amplify their message. 

We created 6 mini-edits in total focussed on specific roles which the company are successfully using across social media, company website, and various job platforms.
